50% payment should be issued upon project initiation, and 50% upon client’s final approval, or the end of the revision phases. Included are two phases for video revisions as requested by the client. LVTHN LTD, LLC agrees to perform the services listed in Proposal Document, and reserves the right to charge an additional fee for work not outlined therein.
